Kit + Clogs Studio Cumin Fieno Low Fält Clog

“FÄLT” Swedish [noun] “field”.

A beautiful, handwoven, slip-on sandal - Fält sandal has a classic, earthy feel and a comfortable fit. Kit + Clogs Cumin Fieno leather is a deliciously warm and rich tan colour. Pull Up leather is dyed with a soluble dye that enhances rather than conceals the leather’s natural surface. The colour is sealed with a natural oil rather than covered or coated so it migrates during the wet moulding process giving the final appearance a mottled, almost antique look, with the leather staying buttery soft. Scuffs and scratches blend and become a part of the story of the leather so, with time and wear, the surface will evolve and change to be totally unique to you. 

The Low Fält clog has woven, stapled leather uppers with an open toe and back. The dark Alder wood base has a low 30mm heel. All of Kit + Clogs wooden bases are ergonomically shaped inside and out for comfort and have a rubber grip on the sole.

We are an independent footwear and lifestyle brand based in the UK that has fallen in love with the Swedish Clog. Driven by a true love for beautiful, handmade items and the determination to keep traditional crafts and manufacturing methods alive, we have been designing consciously crafted KIT + CLOGS that are connected to their roots since 2016.


Sizing and Fit

The fit of this style is roughly true to size. Remember that the leather, suede or nubuck uppers of your clogs may take a little time to break in, as with most new shoes. With time and wear the leather will soften and mould to your foot. Unlike with other shoes, a classic wooden clog base does not bend as you walk and so your heel will lift as you walk. Our flex soles have a strip of flexible rubber at the ball of the foot and so do allow your foot to bend as you walk. With time and wear the wood will also soften and mould to your foot.
