Sales Assistant – Alternative Weekends
We're looking for a friendly, confident and sales-focused person to join the Radical Living team on alternative weekends.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Retail experience (essential)
• Confidence starting conversations with customers and building genuine connections
• A proven ability to drive sales and work towards daily sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working independently, within a team and managing the shop floor
• A strong understanding of social media and confidence creating image and reel content
• A proactive, organised and positive approach to work
Main responsibilities include:
• Providing a welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging experience for customers
• Actively driving sales and helping achieve daily sales targets through brand story telling
• Building relationships with customers and confidently recommending products
• Creating content for Instagram and social media
• Processing sales and replenishing stock
• Keeping the shop floor and workshop space clean, organised and presentable
• Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
• Supporting workshops and assisting with the day-to-day running of the shop
This is a customer-facing sales role, so being confident, speaking with people and motivated by achieving sales targets is essential.
