Part-Time Retail Role – Every Saturday

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated person to join the Radical Living team in a part-time capacity – every Saturday starting from the 6th September.

If you share our love for small independent businesses, have a passion for quality craftsmanship, and care about making a difference in your local community, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of retail experience (essential)
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet daily targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence working independently, as you will be managing the shop solo
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and confidence creating image and reel content
• A natural eye for style, storytelling and detail, especially when it comes to handmade goods
• Availability to work every Saturday

Main responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm, knowledgeable, and engaging experience for all customers
• Driving sales and achieving daily sales targets
• Creating engaging content (reels, photos, stories) for social media
• Processing transactions and replenishing stock
• Keeping the shop floor and back areas tidy and organised
• Picking, packing and dispatching online orders
• Managing the shop floor and assisting with workshop setup when needed
