Next up in our 'Good Business' series we interview Katie of KP Studio, a wonderful potter and printmaker based in Brighton. Inspired by nature and past memories, Katie creates beautiful one-off pieces that are designed to last a lifetime, using low-waste design processes that are kind to the environment. 

 

Founder and designer Jacqui Ma has designed bags for Puma, Virgin Atlantic, Microsoft and Debenhams before launching Goodordering, a small indie company run out of a flat on top of a bike shop in Hackney, East London. Jacqui produces amazing unisex bags and accessories inspired by the 70's and made from recycled water bottles.  

Poetry in Wood is a person centred creative environment based in Shoreditch, East London. Their daily workshops are for people with learning disabilities, that promote independence and empowerment through training and employment, ultimately helping people contribute and participate in the wider community.
