A company that empowers its employees to grow – it not only increases the company’s talent pool, it also makes it much easier to retain talented staff for the long term while you continue to attract new talent.
Can you describe your workplace?
A mix of fancy WeWork offices and a factory to manufacture and package lots & lots of tea.
What is your favourite food?
Malaysian.
What can you not live without?
Family.
What is the last thing you bought?
A much-needed MacBook Pro.
What advice would you give to the younger generation?
Stay true to yourself, follow your instinct and you will achieve great things.

Hiring our first beneficiary on a full-time basis.
